AES was selected by the City of Hesperia to provide professional engineering design services to the City for the FY 2019-20 CDBG Street Improvements project, which includes preparing plans, specifications and cost estimate (PS&E) and construction engineering support for roadway and drainage culvert improvements between Centennial Street and Hinton Street on Peach Avenue where it crosses the Antelope Valley Wash. It consists of re-routing existing pedestrian/golf course cart paths through proposed drainage reinforced concrete boxes (RCB), eliminating the at-grade crossings hence improving safety.
