At Angenious Engineering Services, Inc (AES), we take a proactive approach for CM services by integrating our teams three decades of construction experience with our unparalleled knowledge of Caltrans engineering design guidelines and standards to provide innovative ideas from start to finish. This mix of on-field experience and design knowledge enables us to foresee/anticipate on-field engineering risks that may arise through the project and ensure they are tackled head-on with appropriate planning. To achieve this goal, each of our projects is handled by our principal-in-charge personally so that there is prompt response is available to the client through entire project duration.

As part of construction management services, we proactively review project plans and specifications, including perform independent quantity estimates in advance of construction activities, which allow us to identify unique opportunities to add value, optimizing innovation and efficiency. This approach will result in favorable positive cost control outcomes and minimizes schedule changes.
